Otium exceeded my expectations. The hospitality of the owners who live in the same place is warm and friendly. The design of the apartment is based on nature and you feel that the soul was put into it. It is great pleasure to spend time in your own jungle on the terrace. Bed is big and comfortable, water pressure is very good, soundproofing is also beyond reproach. The cleaning is at the highest levels. Otium has its own parking spacious area. There are all necessary kitchen’s facilities and it is also possible to go for breakfast by car to Wapalapam restaurant (about 8 minutes), they serve breakfast from 9:00 to 11:00. A lot of thanks to Valentina, Guillaume and the lady who cleans apparements for my unforgettable vacation on Mauritius🇲🇺!!!

The place itself is very aesthetic. Nicolas, was a super host. He was warm, friendly and always very attentive. Thank you for being so accommodating. Stunning Apartment at The Balise Marina – 5-Star Feel! Our stay at The Balise Marina was absolutely amazing. As soon as we walked in, we were struck by how beautiful, spacious, and luxurious the apartment was. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the living area is cozy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home – from utensils to towels, it was all thoughtfully provided. The apartment was immaculately clean, with a 5-star hotel feel throughout. The pool is huge and fantastic, perfect for a relaxing swim. The entire environment is lush, green, and peaceful, with beautiful boats gently passing by as you sit on the very large and lovely balcony – an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The location is great too – just a 2-minute drive to supermarkets and restaurants, making it very convenient. The host is outstanding – incredibly kind, generous, and always helpful. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. We truly loved every minute of our stay and will definitely return again and again. Without a doubt, this was one of the best apartment experiences we've ever had!
