The location for exploring the south of Mauritius is ideal. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, excellent WiFi (50 Mbps), large Smart TV with Netflix, and if TV isn't your thing, you can watch from the balcony the many Mauritian flying foxes coming out in the early evening. The host, Nanda, is friendly and super helpful.

Only 20 m away is a well-stocked supermarket Winner's. The owner provided all the information that we needed to explore the southern part of Mauritius. The hosts were lovely 🙂. Very welcoming. The room, upstairs apartment is comfortable and nice. Everything is provided for. Cooker, microwave, fridge, cutlery. The shops and supermarket are nearby. I experienced a home cooked mauritian dinner which was delicious. Rochester waterfall is nearby. The host kindly took me to see the warerfall on my first day. It was amazing to see. She also kindly took me to visit other nearby places.amd advised me on routes and attractions to see. I thanked her because she took the time out of her schedule. I know it's not always possible to have time when running a guest house. There are several nearby public beaches within walking distance that are uncrowded and peaceful. There are many other places to visit and unfortunately I did not book enough days. I will definitely come back next time.
