It was a pleasant surprise to arrive to this comfortable renovated boutique hotel. Rooms very pleasant and clean. Getting into the pool at night was so nice. Theres coffee all day available. Great antique furniture in the reception and dinning area. Lorena and Denisse were so kind, helpful and attentive. Kitchen staff very kind too. The place is very well located, 5 blocks from the Santa Lucia park, palacio de la musica, casa Montejo , downtown area and 6 blocks from Paseo Montejo. What to say, this hotel is fantastic. The room is big and full of comforts like very high quality and bio products to wash yourself, a hairdryer, a night-gown. Bed was one of the best I have ever slept on. The pool is nice and calm and offers some relax and escape from the hot weather. Breakfast was also fantastic and staff was very attentive and nice to us. We really felt pampered even if we stayed only one night.
