Casa Xu'unan is a home away from home. We loved our stay, our room was extremely spacious and clean, we had our own fridge as well as access to shared kitchen facilities that allowed us to cook our own meals when not indulging in the delicious Valladolid cuisine. Walking distance (with a pleasant and charming walk) to town, delicious homemade breakfast included, and great outdoor fenced-in space. Kids could play and relax freely without us worrying. The hosts are a gem and contribute to making the stay as authentic Mexican as possible.

We loved everything about our stay at Casa Palagui Colonial... With its charming colonial style, gorgeous gardens, very quiet and peaceful property yet, short walking distance to the Old Convent and town centre.. Wifi was great (I work remotely) and the owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend it!

Very nice and stylish building (pool + rooftop area for chill, incl. kitchen and grill), rooms and location just next to St. Bernardino's church with night projection (don't miss that) and passage to the centre.

The location was very convenient — just a few minutes’ walk from the ADO bus terminal. There is also a nice park nearby that seems to be the center of the town, with many restaurants around it. The colectivo stop for Chichén Itzá is also within walking distance. There was also a bank nearby, and I was able to withdraw cash from the ATM around 9 PM without any problem. Basically, most things are within a few minutes’ walk. I arrived at night, and the staff kindly told me that I could pay the next day, which was very helpful. The hostel has a kitchen and a water dispenser, which is very useful. I didn’t use it myself, but they can also help you book tours. The staff were very kind and always explained things clearly when I had questions.
