It was a great 1 night stay before their grand opening. Great experience. Room, bed and pillow are very comfy. Similar to the KSL in Johor. Firm enough to have a good night sleep. Location will be superb when the mall is fully open. During my visit, it is still under construction. Just right across the street, there are many fast food chains like MCD, Family Mart etc. So grabbing fast food is extremely simple. 7-11 just right next to the lobby. Staff are very friendly. During my stay as the hotel is new. Spacious Gym and facilities are very new. Enjoyed my stay and will re-visit when I stop by Klang again.

Puvan and his staff at the reception were truly great. Very patient and polite even when I had similar questions each time when I had issues with my eSIM. They also helped with booking GRABS to places. Masood from the buffet bar and the door staff were also fantastic.

It was overall a good and the best homestay i ever had. So much of games to play. It was entertaining all the way. Despite of my busy schedule the games are way more than a relieve for me n my family.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The restaurant is nice and has a wide coverage of Malaysian and Chinese food. And special thanks to the reception staff, Mizi. He fixed a shuttle bus problem for us and helped us to arrive the conference revenue in time.
