    Room was clean, sheets and towels smell nice. The bed and pillow were comfy. Nice hot shower, toiletries were provided. This hotel is family friendly, i saw children loved the pool/slides. Breakfast was okay, but there were many flies when we were there, not sure is that was seasonal. Staff were friendly esp the staff who checked us in, they gave free cookies upon check in.

    The room was comfy, staff was friendly and helpful. My room is not provided with complementary items such as a toothbrush then I asked the staff to send it immediately to my room. Other than that, a lot of variety breakfast and exceptional delicious. Suitable for family and kids friendly. The pool, kids club, beach and playground made my kids don't wanna go home.

    A convenient location personally for us as it is very near the jetty to Pangkor Island & PLR. The hotel is suitable for family with small children. We got sea view rooms with superb view. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Good size fridge, sofa, dining table, tv with astro, extra bed & towels for each guests provided as per booking. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Mr. Ros especially provided so much assistance during our stay, making sure everything were in order. Thank you for the hospitality.

    It was year end peak season so the resort was a bit packed, esp during breakfast. Nevertheless, the staffs assisted us to find a table. They set up tables outdoors as the seating indoors were full. On top of that, the kids loved the pool and the '"Kids Room". Super family friendly facilities. Beach was less packed and was just a short walk from the resort.

    Family friendly hotel. My kids had the best time at the mini water park and kid’s club. Very welcoming staff and helpful. My son accidentally soiled the bed and comforter at 7 am and housekeeping came by immediately to change and make up our bed. Love the private beach and the beach is clean.

    My toddler loves the kids club, surely returning with other friends to enjoy the facilities. The splash pool is fun too! My husband loves the design of the room, unique! TV channels are great too!
