Everything! We stayed in meritus before but that was another owner. We love this one because the house is better equipped in every corner. Functional kitchen, good beds and pillows, clean and good towers. Convenient location, short drive to shops and food.

I really really loved the stay. The person in charge was very understanding and friendly. I was having some medical issue and ask for a room swap,and they changed the room for me with some charges. It was very convenient. Very happy with facility.. they had games too.. fun and exciting

The hotel felt very luxurious. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were really polite, kind and understanding. The hotel is far from the tourist attractions, but after all if you visit Penang solely for tourism, I would recommend staying on the island in order to avoid the traffic on the bridges.
