We had an amazing time here! The sea view outside of the tree house is beautiful and there are surprising few mosquitoes (none at night actually, maybe because it's dry season). We love the jungle trails and private beaches, and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Food provided at the cafe are also delicious and reasonablly priced (big portion). We even saw several proboscus monkeys outside of the tree houses.

We had lovely time in Damai Beach Resort. Since the receptioninst made a mistake and put into the wrong category of accomodation, we have seen both. Invest into the premium category, you will not regret it. That part of the hotel is a paradise. The standart category is ok but it doesnt even get half way to the experience you get on the top of the hill. There are great pools in the resort and you practically have the beach for yourself.
