The fact that we could see the sunrise and the snow mountains from our balcony made our stay magnificent! We "escaped" from another hotel that was in a noisy area (lakeside) and it was such a contrast to arrive to the peace of the mountains. We LOVED everything about this place: spacious and beautiful rooms, wonderful restaurant, panorama view from the roof, massage service, the tentativeness of the staff. We had a wonderful guide for a tour around the area. Even the fact that 1/2 of our days was rainy didn't hinder the experience. 100% recommended!

Best place to stay in Pokhara and surroundings !! Breath-taking views of the mountains from up there, long walks around with amazing guide , best Nepali food we’ve had so far , and best staff we’ve encountered! Helpful, kind, always smiling and always there to guide us and solve our needs. Really, best hotel in Nepal, we’ve stayed 3 nights and it was so worth it! Amazing and friendly staff, big and lovely room, great location. After traveling for a while I was looking forward to a pool day which unfortunately wasn’t possible as there was an issue with the filter in the pool which would have been nice to learn in advance. Also had an issue with power cuts for the steam in the spa but ended up chatting to and getting to know the lovely staff for a long time instead which was super nice. A bit on the pricey side, but definitely recommended if within your budget and a nice relaxing stay :-)

Everything was excellent. The staff upgraded the room for us, so it's worth the money very much. The location was right at the central area. The breakfast was great with terrific view at the rooftop. We could also leave the luggage here while we went for a 4-day trekking.

I really love the location, room, views, family atmosphere and ambience of this place. The best value for money in Nepal so far. It makes you feel like you want to stay for a month. The owner will go out of his way to provide good service: tickets, guiding advice/organisation, bag storage. Nothing is a problem. Mr. Bishnu even kept the same room for me after I returned from the trek. This place is very safe for solo females.
