The place is wonderful, it’s very clean and comfortable. It’s perfect for a good rest. Congrats to the owners for thinking about every single detail. It was very warm, had every utility I needed including a dishwasher and washing machine. I loved this place, it’s incredible!

The breakfast had loads of fresh fruits and diverse options to pick from, and everything was presented so well. I also absolutely loved the flowers/gardens around the location. Great for a short stroll in the afternoon. The bed was so comfortable, and the room was cozy while also being spacious. The view and natural light in the room also added to the coziness. I honestly regret not being able to stay longer than a single night because I slept so well. Last but certainly not least, the owner was warm and inviting. She seemed to genuinely care about the quality of the stay for her guests and was just a pleasure to chat with in general.

We were warmly welcomed and accompanied to our room which was very spacious and clean. It was a very pleasant stay and we had a lovely dinner in the Kaiapoi at Maree Kitchen. Joy was so kind to drive us to town and pick us up, which was highly appreciated. Thank you so much for making it a perfect finale of our trip in beautiful New-Zealand!

The owners, Mike and Charlotte, were fantastic. We had good comms from the start as we didn't arrive till 2 days after the booking..Nothing was a problem for them and they were so flexible. They are a credit to their business. I just wished I could have stayed longer it was fabulously clean and in an excellent location. I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are in this area. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable , and I hope to see you again next year.

The house . Beautiful house lovely and clean not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere Great selections of borad games and entertainment. There netflix on the tv with all other channels . A fun pool table and a whole tennis cort and trampoline just fab Really easy to use and modern appliances . Lovely coffe maker Very comfy beds and great shower with really nice shampood and soaps. ( Great after a long days walk ) The double dishwasher and washing machine are very handy . The location. Lovely situation. Only a stones throw from the owners home so if you needed anything they are there to help. Really close to some lovely restaurants only 20 mins walk or 2 min drive away . And very close to rangiora. The farm surrounding the house is reslly sweet with poads of alpacas lamas and goats to great you when you walk to the fence Bonno the dog is especially very friendly and lovely. We had our aunty over with a baby and he just laid with us for the day it was very adorable. Finally the hosts Anna and mark are amazing hosts . They give you ultimate privacy without the felling of being neglected They are so accommodating always asking if we needed topping up on coffee pods or soaps and so on . They supplied extra plates and cups and everything we could need . Just amazing. And for hiw much each night was it was almost half of other places we had stayed at for the last 3 weeks in way better condition.
