AustraliaThis was a last minute booking as the hotel we had booked was terrible. The staff where fanatic, it was my wife's birthday and I happened to mention this in passing the staff brought us a bottle of wine the evening we checked in with a little birthday note. Then the following day they brought us a brownie with a candle and sang happy birthday!!!! This really made our day the staff went above and beyond. The hotel was very nice rooms where very nice and clean.

New ZealandClean & spacious with all amenities we needed for our quick stay, perfect for a family of 10. We booked last minute in the same day (needed somewhere to fit us all before travelling seperate ways) 3 couples + children. The price was quite high, however I would definitely stay again and it was worth every dollar. The spa and outdoor area are amazing with a beautiful view of the lake. Local fish n chip shop is yum! Luxury stay for sure and we needed time to unwind and relax before heading back to city life. This was it!
