Absolutely beautiful location and house. George as an owner and host was super nice and helpful. This is not a hotel but basically airbnb. I had whole house available to use. Well equipped, super clean. Everything in the fridge ready for my use. If you have a ride around New Plymouth this definetely is must do accomodation

The woman at the front desk was lovely and professional. She couldn't do more to make sure we had enjoyed our stay. The unit was roomy with everything you could ask for. I thought I had left something behind and rang the hotel to enquire...again the young lady couldn't do enough to help.

Although we provided our own breakfast cereals there were 3 other choices available. There was also milk and bread in the fridge. Excellent supply of dishes and cutlery. Beds were firm and the bedding was of superior quality. The hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable about New Plymouth and the surrounding area - eg. restaurants.

Lovely room and staff and lovely location. View of the beautiful volcano/mountain ... lovely grass area for outside eating and bbq area too. Superb value for money.
