Absolutely beautiful place. Nicely designed house at a convenient, yet private location. Really spacious and has most of what you need. Breakfast by Ellejaye and Shawn was a really nice touch and you can even order dinner from them for nights you don’t feel like cooking or heading out. On clear nights, the night sky was majestic. Ellejaye was very hospitable and made us feel at home. We truly loved being brought around to meet the animals even though there were only sheep and chickens at the time we were free. It wasn’t the animals but Ellejaye who made it a wonderful experience.

Maria and Will are the most charming and friendly hosts, and are great conversation companions. We enjoyed our short stay very much and were sad to leave. The house is cozy, the rooms are spacious, and everything is squeaky clean! The breakfast was great as well, and included jams, muffins, pie, bread, coffe and tea, juices among other things - everything is homemade and fresh! They even allowed us to do laundry for free! We will definitely visit again next time we are in New Zealand! BTW, try to book at least couple of weeks in advance, as the place gets fully booked pretty quick.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We didn't arrive until 0100am due to ferry delay but access was fine and the room light left on. Lesley and Mike go that extra mile and made our stay super relaxing and even take care of your laundry so you can spend more time out. Location was great and a few minutes walk from good shops and resturants. Would definately recommend to all.
