LithuaniaProperty is in amazing place - you can face the main Batad’s rice terrasses from Rita’s Inn place. But the main thing - that after spending 2nights there - you start to feel like at home.
Germina ( Rita’s daughter) who is actually running the place - is making fantastic home made food, arraning guides, massages.
So my suggestion - go there for 2 or 3 nights, enjoy the place , take the tours with a guides and enjoy massage in the evening. Everything with affordable price and you get not just a service , but a community and family feeling.
And talk with Germina’s father Romeo - He is the star of Lonely Planet book and really amazing old man (Happiest man on earth that I have met).
Go to this place and you will not be dissapointed, but only really loved!

SpainDefinitely recommend! 😍 I had a great stay, Savta is very welcoming, nice and an amazing person. She sent someone to pick me up at 5am at the bus station, and let me check in early and check out late so I could rest. She prepared breakfast every morning, and organised tour guides and drivers for visits around the area. The house is clean, organised and comfortable. She even taught me to cook a traditional dessert! I had a very pleasant stay! Would come back for sure 💕

It’s near the entrance to Batad, better if you arrive during daylight time.
There are no plugs in the rooms in general in Batad but you can leave your devices charging in the common area.

They have complimentary coffee in the reception area all through out your stay. Nisha is very accommodating and the people of Batad are very warming.
