Marquis garden is totally another side of Phillipines: no sea, no sand, no rush, no people. A very spacious, quiet, comfortable and cosy accommodation. "Inhouse" driver showed us around all Bohol places of visit which was super convenient (fireflies expierence was just exceptional!). Plus we saved half an hour one way in comparison if we stayed in Palawan. We were so happy we chose Marquis garden in stead of noisy and overcrowded Palawan hotel!!!

The breakfast is very good! The family is very accommodating. They helped us a lot in finding our ways to different places. From the airport all the way to the known places of Bohol we were so amazed by the hospitality of the driver and the host. It was really a great vacation for my family! The cottage in front of the rice fields had an amazing view. The restaurant is really good. We loved to do SUP along the river to see the fireflies!

It's a nice and quiet place close to the river. The room is spacious and has a balcony with garden view. The wifi was very fast, And last but not least, we had hot water!
