Firstly, the apartment itself is excellent, comfortable, clean, has a big screen TV with Netflix, beautiful swimming pool. A home away from home. But what really makes it special is the host. Clean, tidy, secure studio apartment in a great central location in Dumaguete. Good facilities and nice pool. Right on seafront. Adrian great host and was able to accommodate late request, we even stayed on extra night. Thanks and will use again when back Dumaguete.

The owner and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are so clean and a nice place to stay where you can cook your own food. I love the rooms because they are spacious. A very nice place to stay, if I could go back here in Dumaguete I would book this place again. 🫶🤗

This place didn't pretend to be anything it's not. It was a clean friendly and comfortable hotel with a great bar and restaurant. The staff were really helpful and made us feel right at home. I would stay here again if I was in transit in Dumaguete. Loved it!
