Breakfast was solid and in the hotel basement. Staff was nice and understanding, even considering issues. Meals at the hotel restaurant (100m from hotel, other side of the street) in the evening were exceptional.

Lovely place with modern facilities. We stayed for 1 night after a long day of driving and it was wonderful to arrive to this clean room with big bathroom to have a hot shower and sleep before continuing our trip. Easy to access with very clear instructions and code.

This castle is very special. I felt like I was in a film or a book. The place just makes you dream and it's different for everyone. It reminded me of Agatha Christie's mysteries. Someone else might think of Buddenbrooks or Harry Potter.It's also interesting to learn about the history of the castle, it feels very real here and I would love to come back and stay a few more days. The restaurant was also excellent and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.
