This is a lovely spacious house with beautiful views, particularly from bedrooms where we could see Mount Pico from one and a lovely view across the bay and down to Lajes. At night it was dark enough to star gaze. I liked to sit out on the balcony to read and admire the view. It was so quiet with not a sound at night. The kitchen was well equipped. The host met us when we arrived and gave us lots of great ideas for places to visit. There is a supermarket 5 mins drive away and Lajes is a lovely little town. There were tomatoes and limes growing which we could pick and use.

Amazing brand new place, designed with care and attention to detail at a peaceful location near natural pools and hiking routes. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, giving us tips for multiple activities around the island and making sure we have everything we need during our stay. Highly recommended, really great value for the price. We'd love to come back and stay longer.

Fantastic week in the Vigia! Nicely located in a quiet corner of Pico Island. The house is well equipped and has an amazing view of the sea. Perfect for a peaceful vacation amidst nature. The terrace overlooking the sea is great - we regularly saw dolphins and whales from it. Andreia, the host, is helpful and communicative, made sure everything was OK. Note that you will almost certainly need a car as towns and restaurants are some distance away.
