We had a large room with 4 windows, and we could see both the town and the island of Pico. Breakfast was great, and the staff very nice and competent. The whole lodge is very nicely decorated and there is a general feeling of quality and design. We found easy parking one block up in front of the church of Carmo, with the added advantage of friendly street cats.

Casal do Vulcão is a recently renovated country house in Capelo, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities.

The location is great, the house feels really authentic, swimming pool and garden are perfect. We liked it a lot and warmly recommend Casal do Vulcao.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Porto Pim Bay is located in Horta, just steps from the beach. All apartments include a flat-screen TV.

The location is incredible, the beach and the city center is just few steps. The house has a special atmosphere. Lovely place with lovely staff.

Located 200 meters from the Atlantic Ocean, Apartamentos São João were completely renovated in 2024, and offers self-contained apartments.

Nice small apartment, everything was very good, especially considering the price. Huge, incredibly comfortable bed.

The boutique 4-star Hotel do Canal is situated in Horta on Faial Island. It is just 100 metres from the beach and offers panoramic views of Pico Mountain and the bay.

House Is on quiet spot with beautiful view. Nice restaurant across the road, cosy rooms,well equiped. Host was very helpful when needed, communication worked well. It Is worth it to check the sunrise if weather allowes it (we visited in winter). Would stay again

Great location, very nice view on the Pico mountain and the ocean. Our room was upgraded without charge to a bigger room with a great view. We were there in January.

Set in a 16th century fortress overlooking Horta Bay and Pico island, this Pousada hotel features a swimming pool and regional restaurant. Most of the air-conditioned rooms have views of the marina.

Beautiful house with everything you could need, huge garden full of flowers and fruit trees, as well as a kids play park. Location is peaceful with sun all day and a shop and restaurant nearby. Absolutely loved our stay here, thank you ☺️
