Wonderful stay! The house is spacious and offers plenty of bedrooms, which made our stay extremely comfortable. We were grateful to easily obtain the keys by following the owner's clear instructions. Upon arrival, we noticed the sofa was damaged, but the owner responded promptly and offered to switch us to a different apartment in a much better condition and location. Their politeness and supportive nature made a significant difference during our stay. Additionally, we accidentally left our headset in the first flat, and the owner thoughtfully informed us about it and went out of their way to help send it back to us.
