The room was clean and everything worked fine. The staff was courteous and check-in was quick and efficient. It was winter so I couldn't comment on the swimming pool as it was far too cold. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within a short distance. Ha'il is very spread out, however, but we had a car so getting around wasn't an issue. It really is just a basic decent hotel with no frills, perfect for what we were willing to pay for.

Hotel with attention to detail and modern new construction. Friendly staff and attentive to all our needs. Beautiful and spacious rooms. There was no breakfast, but we found a beautiful fruit basket that replaced the meal.
