Family hotels and homes in Gråbo

It was just perfect. We've stayed with our twin daughters of 2 years old. The staff did everything to make us feel at home and welcome. They were so friendly and helpfull. It was just an amazing experience. The room was really perfect (clean, spacious). We enjoyed the spa, with a very nice view. Thereby, breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. The quality was superb and the restaurant very nice. We've stayed for 2 nights (too short) and we really loved it. We will come back and we will recommand this place to family and friends as well.

Great place for a relaxing stay. Everything is well designed and beautiful, staff are very friendly. Also great food.

Best option if you have a really early flight. If breakfast was included in your price it's so easy. We had to be up early (after 4 am when breakfast opened), and it was hard not to feeling guilty not being hungry enough at that time. So much to choose from. Quiet and nice. Also dinner in evening is easy and no fuss. Few options, great actually and cheap! Like you would pay much more else where now days and it's open to very late if you arrive late and are still hungry or thirsty. And such a relief not have to do anything else than leave your key in a box because everything was paid for when we arrived. (Not scanning or filling in your room number or anything like that, just drop and go. So nice.) Also the hotel is literally so close the walkway inside takes 3 minutes in your up the escalator for security check. Staff was also really welcoming and nice when arriving and explaining everything too. (Not like any other large hotel in Gbg centre). My daughter got a little lollipop too for being patient. The family room was brilliant with the hidden bunk bed. Only used the bottom one but so good. Not a sound from anything outside since flights stop during night anyway after a certain time. Bathroom was so good with the doors actually keeping the water in the shower. A first. Really nice touches in the room too. Great dark block out curtains. Can't think of much that was bad. Other than the hinges on bunk bed was out towards the mattress so if the pillow slipped a child could easily hit their head on it. Did happen, used two pillows. Would been good with a side cover on the low bunk too. Had to use the chair and something to cover the side. Still my daughter nearly fell out. (Fierce roller at night). And the light from the box where you put the key in was bright enough to keep me awake a bit. Soaps are hard to reach for a younger child too. (Like all hotels actually). Other than that can't think of anything else this time.

Everything went well. A very good hotel which I can recommend. Pleasant staff who quickly helped figure out parking and use of public transport. Excellent breakfasts.

Country-house-style atmosphere, lounging chairs out in the sun in front of the entrance, 5 minutes walk away from departures at the airport. Room was extremely spacious and had both a desk and an armchair. Comfy beds. Windows that can be opened but are well sound-proofed, no problem with departing or arriving aircraft at night. Bathroom was well-lit and modern, very spacious shower. The cherry on top was a very varied breakfast buffet starting at 3:30 am, so even early departing travellers are treated to something to eat before their flights.

It was absolutely a pleasure to stay there ! :) Lovely Staff and Commendable food :)

Dream location, perfect breakfast

Breakfast was superb. We liked the lobby with activities (games, crafts, comics) for children. The location was very good, right next to the station and very close to the city center (this is mainly due to Alingsås being a very small city, though).

The property was beautifully decorated with all the necessary equipment required to carry out day to day functions during our stay. The host was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do during our stay. Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend others consider this property if they plan to travel to this area of Sweden!
