Everyone on the staff seemed to be genuinely in a good mood and happy at work ; accomodating and helpful- full points for service. The hotel breakfast was the best in a long time : a very large variety of options, special diets were taken care of and there was newly baked warm bread and croissants available. I appreciated the cake table with sparkling drinks at the end of our breakfast. There was glutenfree delicious cake, too - supernice for me! The location is not in the core core center of the city but I did not mind because the area was nice and quiet; and only a few metro stops from T-Centralen /Arland Expressen. Nearby was a good Lebanese restaurant called Byblos that I also recommend. I liked the interior decorating of the hotel as well. The beds were super comfy, of high quality and great to sleep in.

Almost everything was perfect, only minor drawbacks I will mention in "Cons" section. Room very spacious and comfortable. Generally everything was "just enough", very Swedish. For example food selection - not the greatest, but everything of very high quality. Room equipment - modest, but again, very high quality. Helpful and very kind staff.

Loved the room's design, small and cosy hotel, very new and clean bathroom, nice breakfast especially the juices and the desserts! And VERY COMFY BED! Such an enjoyable stay!

Everything was perfect - location, staff, room - enjoyed especially the relaxing massage in hotel’s spa and the tasty food in both the restaurant and the bar.

Staff are great, Breakfast was great, location in the city but removed, so was good to escape at the end of the day.

Place. It was close to bus station leading to old town and close to ferry to reach skansen and centre of the city. Hadn't any issues with trying to reach planned places to visit. Property from outside. Building itself is unique, built over old building which gives it a charm. While enterance is via stairway only (but there is elevator for people with disabilities), inside there was elevator so hadn't to much of issue. Outside was calm, without any noise at all as street is passed only by busses or locals living nearby. Inside. Studio apartament, but not too small, had enough space for lugage and just enough space for our toddler to play. Kitchen has everything thats needed, microware, hob, dishwasher, keetle, fridge with small freezer. Even some tea :)
