We came for a long weekend with our 10 year old son and another couple and it was just perfection. Sweden doesn't have the best weather so there is a lot to do when it's raining (it rained 75% of tour trip). Breakfast was a bit salty but fits the concept of sweat and recovery. Overall facility was in a great location away from the busy city, able to hike, swim, relax, and recoup. Not far from city and public transportation was available, although you might want to check the times it runs as a 30m journey can become 1hr +.
