the property was in a very quite and nice area, the building was recently renewed and the room was clean, cozy and comfortable. the shower was big. it was very easy to reach and there was parking place! The owner is an incredibly nice guy, who tries his best to make you comfortable and to be fun, keeping up the conversation with good jokes (also he speaks english quite well). with an extremly small extra you can get breakfast whenever he’s available in the morning! A quite awesome breakfast, extremely satisfying and tasty (i think that the extra he asked is less than the cost of the raw materials themselves!). Seriously, if visiting the area (like Trieste, its easily reachable by car!), this is the place where to sleep!

Wonderful place! Gaja, the owner, was super helpful and welcoming. Excellent breakfast, 6- course top notch dinner menu, great wines. Visiting this place is a must when touring Alps to Adriatics bike route in Slovenia!

This little house is a real jewel which reflects the care and taste of the owners. The kitchen is really fully furnished, plates, cutlery and accessories chosen with taste. The bedroom is good size and the bed is comfortable. There is a nice TV area with satellite and apps. We found a welcome basket and got some more tasty produce during our stay. There is parking and a wide lawn surrounded by trees in front of the house.

The pictures don’t quite do justice. This is a beautiful property with really stylish interior. We are very demanding ourselves regarding our living environment and Marko’s rooms have been just up and beyond that standard. He really did a fantastic job in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The atmosphere of the rooms is magic - total silence and permanent cool temperature with really comfy beds. Nothing beats a good night’s sleep!

Located in a historic, family owned and run winery with beautiful grounds in a picturesque small village, yet the hotel rooms were modern with modern amenities including bathrooms. Staff (including the family) were exceptionally friendly Pre arrange a wine tasting!
