Before you fall asleep you can look at the stars, and in the morning you wake up to a pleasant view of nature. Which adds value. The area where the tents are set up is idyllic. The hosts are very relaxed and friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you don't know what to do, they have lots of ideas of what to do and where to eat. They actually have enough things to do on the ranch. In short, I recommend it.

This was the best accommodation we stayed in all trip. Absolutely stunning little cottage. We cooked a big meal in the kitchen which was well equipped. The mattress and pillow was the best quality possible and the owner was lovely. The shower was incredible too. Air conditioning was perfect. We wished we could have stayed longer.

We had such a wonderful time in Kozana. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with sprawling views over the Brda region and a huge terrace for eating outside. Erika was a fantastic hostess, providing us with fresh apricots and local wine and a top restaurant recommendation for dinner. Couldn't recommend highly enough for couples or families wanting to stay in the Brda region. Our only regret was not staying for longer!

Very well equipped, clean, perfect apartment. The beds are comfortable, in the kitchen sugar, salt, tea and coffe was available which I found very helpful. The host also prepared a bowl of fruits snd sweets to welcome us ;) The host, Danijela is kind and helpful. We stayed just one night, but I wish we had stayed more :) Soca fun park, restaurants/café and a Mercator supermarket is a few minutes walk away.

Staff was very nice and very helpful! They even recommended some places that we can go visit and let us leave our luggage while our room was cleaned since we arrived far earlier than expected! Rooms were very clean, the bathroom came with full hygiene supplies (toothbrush, body shampoo etc.), we were given clean towels that were frequently switched out with new ones, the beds were very warm and comfortable and you even get sweets when staff cleans your room while you're away! Very nice place, would recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay. The House is really modern and has everything you need and the view from the terrace was just a dream. Our host even showed us a bit around smartno and gave us recommendations for dinner. We ended up buying a nice bottle of wine and spent the entire evening on the terrace talking and watching the sunset. The kitchen and living room are really spacious, And the breakfast was beyond our expectations, really good!

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Kojsko, Pri Marjotu is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain. The property features a garden, bar and parking on-site among other facilities.
