Our stay was exceptional! The owner was very nice and helpful. And the house has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a lot of space where you can put your clothes, TV and some board games. I felt like home. We also cooked a lot and had everything we needed for this. Additionally, the territory was clean and the towels and the bedding smelled amazing. We were living in 2 rooms, but the apartment has 3 separate bedrooms and can easily fit up to 7 people. Parking space was also included and we didn't have to worry about it or pay additionally. The owners are living in the same building downstairs, it's not a separate house. Upd: August 2024, I read all the comments below and can say that the owners bought a microwave, cutting board, salt, pepper and oil :)

Tomaz and Barbara, the gracious hosts, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was personalized and unforgettable. The modern, spacious and brand new accommodation provided a welcoming sanctuary. Our host Tomaz personally prepared our breakfast - all products homemade! Gourmet style! The peaceful surroundings allowed us to unwind completely, making it an ideal base for exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Slovenia. Tomaz provided excellent recommendations, allowing us to venture into the diverse and awe-inspiring surroundings and lakes of Slovenia. Next time, we hope to indulge in this unique accommodation option during the ski season as our family room was comfortably equipped with a fire place. Overall, our stay at this complex was an idyllic escape from the ordinary. Tomaz and Barbara's attention to detail, their little charming dog Cindy, combined with the tranquility of the location created a serene and rejuvenating experience. Highly recommended!

This was a very quick trip for me and the instructions on how to get in when I came off a late flight were great as I often stay in hotels without a 24 hr reception and this was easy. One phone call and all was explained. The food was amazing. I had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. I loved the decor and enjoyed staying in this family run hotel. I will go back on my next visit to Ljubljana. A lovely country.
