The whole house and its surrounding are new and very clean and quite. Do not worry about that there is no AC, it's not necessary there. The temperature is just fine.

The breakfast was a buffet with eggs and meat, bread, fruit, pate, coffee, juice, etc. It had everything you'd need. The room was very cozy. Supper was excellent. Room has good A/C.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm, and both the facilities & location were perfect. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was crisp & clean. Everything was just perfect - location, wonderful historic villa tastefully and authentically renovated. Great breakfast and genuinely helpful and attentive owner lady and her staff.
