The proximity (literally 10 meters away from the building) to the bus stop where you can catch the bus to Bratislava (bus #620. It takes 45 to 48 minutes to arrive at Bratislava Nivy central station). The small but well equipped minimarket next to the bus stop.

Great place with very nice and clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very tasty and fresh, good choice of food. Would definitely recommend for business trips and for sure will stop again.

We felt great in the spacious, modern apartment. Stayed here late June 2025 - very friendly and understanding host, I arrived much later than I had warned, but Viktor was kind enough to organize a check-in still. The apartment was equipped with everything a traveler can dream of and even more. I could easily stay there for a month, not just a couple days. Highly recommended!
