Everythinig is top top top 10/10. We rented 3BR villa w private pool,it was the best experience I have ever had. There isnt any negative about the hotel. Rooms are super nice,the 3BR apt has 3 floors and on the top floor u have the outside bathtub and the HUGE 6person shower. In this resort you find super big choices of treatments and you communicate with staff/gym/hotel via their own app. You also order room service and treaments from that. Super convinent.

We loved our room, it was huge and nicely decorated, and always cleaned properly. It was actually better than what we had imagined by looking at the pictures. The same goes for the rest of the property - it's so cozy and designed with good taste (swings, wooden furniture, colourful pillows). The area is not touristy, feels more like a place where locals go, so you can really relax at the pool or enjoy the beach. Quite a gem for an island like Phuket! Finally, the receptionist Joy was super sweet and kind, spoke good English and helped us arrange things easily. We rented a motorbike from the hotel and drove to the Phuket town (around 15-20 minutes), which was very convenient and also fun. We'd definitely recommend it to other travellers.

Our honeymoon at this villa left us with only the warmest memories! The villa manager, Emma, is an extremely pleasant woman who was always ready to help. Thanks to her care, our stay was completely worry-free. It was particularly touching that they decorated the bedroom with rose petals for our honeymoon. Special thanks to the staff who maintained the property: their diligent work ensured the villa was always spotlessly clean. The villa is well-equipped with plenty of cookware, which is very convenient. There are two supermarkets, 7/11 and Lotus, just a 10-15 minute walk away. We highly recommend staying here to enjoy impeccable service and a cozy atmosphere!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lotus Bleu. In advance of my arrival they organized some transport for me from the airport, The place was lovely, the room are spacious, modern and clean. I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. All the staff were wonderful and the owner Nico stopped and introduced himself when I got there. Its a great location. The hotel had a restaurant/bar area adjacent to the pool. The food was excellent whether it was breakfast or dinner. The staff helped me organize my trips out and gave me recommendations. Close to Rawai beach and you can also visit Nai Harn. The Big Buddha is also easy to drive to from here. Highly recommended.

Our stay at The Cove Hotel in Phuket was nothing short of exceptional. We spent 10 days in a beautiful beach bungalow with our two little kids, and it was a superior leisure experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, with attention to every detail, making our stay truly relaxing.
