Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing. If you like a bit of tranquillity, you will not be disappointed. This property is so peaceful, beautiful, loungy, well maintained, and relaxed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have everything you need. The swimming pool is also great (incl. the sauna). The staff and the owner are very attentive, thoughtful, and reliable. It is one of the best places I have stayed in my life and would wish to come back.

Very nice, clean family-run hotel in a quiet location out of town. Large smart TV, large bathroom with rainfall shower and hot tub. Very comfortable bed. Room serviced every day with free water provided plus free water from the machine in the lobby 24/7. Clean pool and also gym equipment (treadmill, cross trainer and weights machine). Nice free breakfast with good selection. Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them if we requested anything. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks.

This beautiful room is part of a big villa where some bedrooms are rented. A shared kitchen (fully equipped) or the pool and gym can be used. At my time of the stay, I was also lucky to meet Marc and his daughter, the owners of this place. We had lovely deep conversations and enjoyed some time together, I'm really grateful. The openness and friendlyness of them is refreshing and if there's anything you need (like I needed a Scooter since the place is a bit outside, but that's how I wanted it), everyone is happy to help. Overall, I felt very welcomed and could feel at home. The garden of the house is wonderful and the whole place is very relaxing. Good wifi as well. I can recommend a longer stay and get a scooter. There are some very nice restaurants or cafes in the district and a very nice wellness place (cocoon sauna), as well as Ban Tawai (a village for traditional handicrafts), is close by scooter. I can totally recommend staying there! Especially, if you don't want to stay amidst the buzzing city and enjoy relaxing at home, doing some work and also like to meet like-minded people :) Hope to see you again sometime... somewhere around the globe!

The place was brand new and very clean. Everything was there and nothing to complain. The pool is large and the depth is also perfect. I loved how the pool is wide compared to other pool villas I went. I would love to come back and stay longer! Max is very attentive to all needs too.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so much more than a typical homestay—it felt like the perfect blend of living with friends, family, and the comfort of a hotel, all in one. Nicha and Ood took great care of us, making us feel truly at home. The space was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. A special highlight was the pool table, which not only added to the fun but also created a great opportunity to meet and connect with other guests. Every moment spent there was enjoyable, and we cherished the warm, welcoming atmosphere.

After a 20 day trip from various hotels travelling thaland . Chang mai was are final destinaton.. . with 3 days before we travel home we decided we wanted a hotel next to grand canyon water park . We originally booked for one night. And ended up staying for 3 nights . The reason for this is how welcoming the owner kev .. and his brilliant staff were .. the facilities and food were absolutely what we needed ....especially after sleeping on the world's most hardened mattresses for 20 days . We received our best sleep in 20 days as the mattresses and beds were superurb Actual sausages in the morning and a full English Breakfast .. as we needed alittle normality And a pool which is 8 ft deep and not the 4 ft child's pool we normally received in thailand . .me and my partner could not thank this team enough for giving us a great experience with relaxing vibes. And we thank my new friend Ken for welcoming us in to his home . I couldn't recommend this hotel enough . 3 nights stay . Breakfast for 2 .
