Everything was perfect. Nice and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfy furniture, full equipped kitchen, nice and calm hotel territory. Breakfasts were fresh cooked according to your order however that required to wait for a while.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Building is a bit old but rooms are clean. Location is very good, near mini Big C and lot's of restaurants. Beach is 10 min walk away.

The quiet location at the end of Lamai Beach. The property has 18 rooms and we were lucky to have a sea view room. The pool and sun terrace area is totally private as these rooms are set up higher than the garden rooms.

I loved the gardens, the quiet atmosphere by the pool and the beach without noisy music. You could only hear the sound of the waves and of the birds. Amazing and rich the breakfast, with plenty of salty and sweet options changing every day. The staff was very kind and helpful. Amazing the position by the beach, in the northern part of the beach but at the same time close to the night market, the food market and the main road wiht shops and massage places. I will surely come.back here!

The view is amazing. Also the rooms are very big, the bed comfy and the whirlpool bathtub a highlight. The own taxi service is amazing too. We stayed in the pool villa. We planned to rent motorbikes, but didn't because of the driver they offered. Just know that the hill to the villa is really really steep and not every driver goes there. So, if you plan to use other means than their driver to go around, keep that in mind. It takes about 10 minutes to reach Lamai beach and 15 minutes to reach Chaweng beach by car.
