There was everything I needed. The Skywalk connected directly to the hotel made walking around the district really comfortable.

Conveniently next to the arena. Staff were all helpful. Rooms were very clean and modern. I went for a concert and they prepared themed welcome drinks and room key card holders so I thought that was very thoughtful. I liked that there was one switch next to the bed properly labeled to switch all the lights off.

The location is perfect to explore urban life of Bangkok by walk. Malls, restaurants, massage centers and more within walking distance. The restaurant was also able to accommodate our early morning checkin with an additional charge. There was cleaning done everyday and the breakfast spread had a lot of options.

I have stayed in resorts all over the World and this one had the BEST STAFF EVER. No matter what I asked them to do no matter how small they were very attentive to my family and friends needs. They were all very nice. 2nd floor pool is awesome PLEASE try the mango spring roll w/ ice cream it is awesome.

I loved every minute of my stay! I came to Thailand to see Stray Kids play at the Impact Arena and the drop-off service provided by the hotel made all the difference! Not having to worry about transportation was amazing. On top of that, the room was great! Comfy mattress, huge TV, huge bathroom. The staff was so nice, too! It was truly lovely and i recommend this hotel to everyone who's looking for a place to stay near impact.
