The place was brand new and very clean. Everything was there and nothing to complain. The pool is large and the depth is also perfect. I loved how the pool is wide compared to other pool villas I went. I would love to come back and stay longer! Max is very attentive to all needs too.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so much more than a typical homestay—it felt like the perfect blend of living with friends, family, and the comfort of a hotel, all in one. Nicha and Ood took great care of us, making us feel truly at home. The space was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. A special highlight was the pool table, which not only added to the fun but also created a great opportunity to meet and connect with other guests. After a 20 day trip from various hotels travelling thaland . Chang mai was are final destinaton.. . with 3 days before we travel home we decided we wanted a hotel next to grand canyon water park . We originally booked for one night. And ended up staying for 3 nights . The reason for this is how welcoming the owner kev .. and his brilliant staff were .. the facilities and food were absolutely what we needed ....especially after sleeping on the world's most hardened mattresses for 20 days . We received our best sleep in 20 days as the mattresses and beds were superurb Actual sausages in the morning and a full English Breakfast .. as we needed alittle normality And a pool which is 8 ft deep and not the 4 ft child's pool we normally received in thailand . .me and my partner could not thank this team enough for giving us a great experience with relaxing vibes. And we thank my new friend Ken for welcoming us in to his home . I couldn't recommend this hotel enough . 3 nights stay . Breakfast for 2 . Each day Beers and drinks each night lunch from either thai or English menu Free push bikes for your own uses age Sandals a qualified tour guide to help with any questions ARIM ..Great guy . All for the unbelievably cost of 7000 bart AWOW ...

This place was so much more than somewhere to stay. It became our home and we stayed here long term. We were treated like family and the staff truly care for you. The beds are super comfortable, rooms well set out with everything you need and a smart TV, fan and air conditioner and who can beat the view for miles of green farms or the pool. We will definitely be back!
