The moment we stepped in to the hotel we were welcomed warmly. All people are very friendly and helpful, especially the manager Mr. Jankeez, and hotel staff from Syria and Indonesia who work hard to comfort us. They have fabulous breakfast with lots of healthy food varieties.

The facility is quite large and has everything you might be looking for in the area. All the activities you’d want to do in this region are available here. There's also a restaurant and even a market inside the premises — so you pretty much have everything you need right on site. I've been coming to Ayder for the past 3 years, and this place is newly opened, but it's fully equipped and has everything you could ask for. Highly recommended! All the rooms have a beautiful river view.

The room is absolutely incredible, it has a sauna and hot tub in the room and it is a massive space. The balcony has the most beautiful view out over the valley which we enjoyed thoroughly. It’s a really special space! The location would be impossible to get to without a car, but with a car it’s great.

The hospitality, cleanliness, perfect service at all times. We were welcomed by Güven who took care of us during our entire stay (4 days). Our best experience of hotel hospitality thanks to him. We had delicious warm breakfast served to us daily. We were even gifted a very nice present by Güven when we checked out, just a wonderful ending to our stay :D
