We booked the room for a stopover on the way from Bulgaria to Izmir. We arrived late afternoon and we were hosted with a free room upgrade, a ready baby cot was waiting for us in our room (as requested). Everything was great, spacious room, warm (in winter), high pressure hot water, delightful breakfast! Staff were friendly and helpful! We had dinner in the restaurant area on the top flloor where we enjoyed night views over the Osman Gazi Bridge.

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we honestly couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were incredibly clean and bright, with beds that were so comfortable.The bed sheets fresh We loved the swimming pool with its great views and convenient poolside bar. It was also incredibly helpful to have a restaurant and a Carrefour supermarket right there at the hotel. The breakfast was a true highlight! When we arrived, they gave us the choice of a buffet or seated service. We opted for the seated service, and they offered us more than we could have ever imagined—it was so rich and diverse, with all kinds of delicious foods, from fresh fruits and pastries to cheeses and made-to-order omelets. A special shoutout to Nigar and Irem, two young ladies who provided wonderful service during breakfast. The chef also deserves a big thank you for the amazing food. The staff, from the reception team to all the employees we encountered, were amazing. They were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were originally a group of nine who planned to stay just one night before heading to Bursa, but we loved it so much that we changed our plans and stayed another night. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We can't wait to come back!"

We stayed in the hotel for a weekend with my family. The hotel is brand new and spotlessly clean, smells great. The stuff at the reception - Ozan and Melissa are very welcoming and helpful. The food at the restaurant was really tasty and the service was excellent. Great view.

Incredible breakfast! Very good room. Small but cozy and absolutely clean sauna , beautiful hamam , it was so warm and nice to see hamam washcloths prepared for the guests !
