Friendly family run hotel. We had half board option which was very good value for the money. Food was good with plenty available. Swimming pool was clean. Hotel right by the beach with free sunbeds. Room spacious with balcony, Aircon and fridge. Staff speak limited English as the hotel is in a Turkish resort town rather than a very international touristy one. However all very friendly and helpful. There is also a snack bar on site.

Situated at the centre of Avsa, Avsa Cane Motel is located 150 metres from the seafront. It offers around-the-clock front desk service and free Wi-Fi throughout the premises.

If you don’t want to read a lot so briefly I will explain this place as paradise and not only because of the sea, the main thing that make my holiday so perfect is this hotel, its owner Denizgün Bey and his family, his nice son that we were blessed to get acquainted. He has talented daughter and you should watch her YouTube channel (Ada Enön), she is violinist. I strongly recommend this place and I know that I will come back. We were treated as a member of his family: we ate together the same food as the owner, we spent evening together watching football and having very nice conversation. Before I was in Bodrum, Mersin, Izmir but this place is better and I think is the best I’ve ever visited before!

We spent a wonderful week at the Marmara Hotel. It’s set on a small hill, just a three-minute walk from the beach. The views are magnificent — especially from the restaurant, which is excellent in its own right. We especially loved the fish! The owners are such kind and charming people, always ready to help — whether it’s suggesting places to visit, things to see, or preparing a delicious meal. Truly well done!
