Can’t fault this place! It was really nice place to stay. Bed was comfortable (and huge), the shower and bath were lovely and the staff were friendly.

This is a new property that has been thoughtfully equipped and beautifully furnished with wonderful wooden features. The rooms are generous in size, comfortable with enormous baths and the grounds well planted with many types of fruiting trees. The host Ken was very welcoming and attentive to all our needs even provided a tea ceremony and good conversation. Despite it was extremely busy during the check in but all staff were super friendly and informative. The lobby “manger” in black suit ( I think his name’s Vito) was very helpful and also checking in with me the next day to see if everything was good. Room was spotless clean and mattress and pillows were also quite firm so we had a great sleep.

Given a complimentary upgrade to our twin bedroom. Very comfortable bed, better than those in Taipei. The hotel shuttle service was not available in am, hotel got taxi for us to train station, paid by hotel. A good spread of breakfast was served. Thank you for your good service.
