Fantastic host, extremely quick in responding to messages, personable, we got to taste her mum's self-made plum wine on the rooftop, she even took us to the train station, when we asked for a taxi.. Stunningly designed home, close to night market and beach, very clean and comfortable room, lovely linen.

Owners are super friendly and welcoming tourists and doggies. There are big grass yard and a swimming pool for dogs, and also SUP! They served different breakfasts for seven days, that's thoughtful. We appreciate it! When we finished the tour they gave us Hualien souvenirs! Thanks for the Comfy house and everything, We have a wonderful memory here. Looking forward to going there again!

Everything was great, the staff didn't know english but we got along fine with Google Translate on the phone. The rooms were very big, very clean and a lot of light entered the room. Would stay there again anytime!

Beautifully presented and very clean. Also very comfortable. Self check in was very easy. Free water, tea, and coffee is provided. Convenient to get to from the train station and the city centre is a short walk away.

Host was extremely thoughtful, kind and helpful. During our stay, we inquired about a fruit we were unfamiliar with and the next thing I know she sent me a message that she had cut up the fruit and left it for us to try. And on our last day, the taxi was running late so she offered to drive us to the station. The Cozy Stay was exceptionally clean which I loved and there were all sorts of yummy snacks and drinks to try in the kitchen.

Large, comfortable room with fantastic views to the mountains, over the city and towards the sea. Very contemporary interior design, would be also suitable in New York, Milano or Copenhagen. Staff was super friendly and helpfu all the time. Bike rental within walking distance and only a three minutes ride in to the city center.

It was very clean, building is very new (3 years) and staff was super helpful. We experienced some earthquakes there and felt safe. Parking fee was included. Hotel offers a wide variety of choice and is presented as pictures.
