Great modern place, very clean, big room. Liked the design of the lobby very much :-) You can make a coffee or tea, take some free snacks. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The whole process from check in to check out was fuss free! The minsu is new and clean. Enjoyed my stay - bed was super comfortable and I love the shampoo and conditioner so much! Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We left our rented portable charger cable and she helped us mail it back to Taipei. Value for money and would definitely recommend!

Owners are super friendly and welcoming tourists and doggies. There are big grass yard and a swimming pool for dogs, and also SUP! They served different breakfasts for seven days, that's thoughtful. We appreciate it! When we finished the tour they gave us Hualien souvenirs! Thanks for the Comfy house and everything, We have a wonderful memory here. Looking forward to going there again!

This place is fantastic, the beds are super comfortable and the room was spotless. Location is right by the train station. Room is spacious as well with lots of natural light. Would definitely recommend. The staff were also very responsive through Line and check-in was easy.

Host was extremely thoughtful, kind and helpful. During our stay, we inquired about a fruit we were unfamiliar with and the next thing I know she sent me a message that she had cut up the fruit and left it for us to try. And on our last day, the taxi was running late so she offered to drive us to the station. The Cozy Stay was exceptionally clean which I loved and there were all sorts of yummy snacks and drinks to try in the kitchen.

The hosts are super friendly. We stayed here to visit Taroko nature park with a tour. The tour started very early, and the next day we had to leave very early as well to catch our train back, but the hosts prepared a breakfast to go that was delicious! You could feel it was prepared with a lot of love. One of us is vegetarian and they understood that perfectly, despite the language barrier. They also fixed a taxi for us. Comfortable and very clean room, Dyson hairdryer, always coffee/water/snacks available… We also appreciated the reading nook with massage seats! The night market and the beach are very close, walking distance. We didn’t really like the night market but there were good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well.
