The staff are very helpfull and friendly. The hotel is very clean and nice. We love the place so much and very accesible to train zhongli station.

I loved the Hotel, its location, and especially the breakfast. There were many food options to choose from. Also, the staff's behavior was amazing; they were always oriented to help.

We really enjoyed the view, the soft bed and the shower room. I enjoyed the eco-friendly policy, even though we only stayed one night. We were happy that the shampoo/conditioner and body soap were in large reusable bottles. The tea and coffee service was also well appreciated. Also the breakfast room and the breakfast itself was over the top. We had help arranging a taxi and were able to pay by either cash or card.

The rooms were v spacious. While the hotel might be a tad bit dated, we were surprised at how clean and comfortable the rooms were. Like that there is laundry available. Hotel breakfast was alright. Location is great because it is right next to the mrt station. Getting to it from the airport was a breeze and going around taoyuan was also easy with the mrt.

Located near Guang Ming Park and Sogo Department Store, Hotel Kuva Chateau is a 20-minute drive from Taoyuan International Airport.

The staff at the counter are very helperful, and they also upgraded my room with two king size bed.

Very nice hotel near the Tainan International Airport. It has car parking lots under the hotel. Very interesting and nice breakfasts. To the Taipei City is it far but when you need to be near the airport it is super hotel. The surrounding is also very nice.

Comfortable room, the pc in the room is nice. Breakfast is good. I recommend it for a night or two to just relax and play games.
