Lisa and Boya are the nicest people I have ever met in a home stay. Because the hotel is a bit out of town, Boya brings his guests to a restaurant and picks them up again after dinner. I was there with my (adult) daughter and there were 2 other couples. The first night, Boya took all of us for a small trip to explain the taroko people and their culture. After that, Lisa organised a little DIY bracelet making, all free of charge. If you want to go to the Taroko Gorge or Qingshui cliffs, then the location is great, and much closer than Hualien City.

Comfy place and everything super convenient! Easy to reach Taroko National Parc (visitor center where trails start) from there. Thank you for your great hospitality Hana and Aki, and the fantastic food like the banana cake of course :))

Amazing place, the location is quite good for getting to taroko national park, and it's within walking distance of the station, where you can hire bikes etc. great landlady, and an excellent breakfast.

The host is such an amazing person. Very kind and ready to help you in any situation. We've managed to discuss a bit through Google traduction as we are not speaking Chinese and he couldn't speak English. The house is very well located between Hualien and Taroko. The house is surrounded by the nature. The room was spacious and confortables. We highly recommend this place! Thanks again.

I like the information are useful. They provide the map and traffic around the hotel. Also, they have lots of food are very very very delicious. Stay here 3days. We had totally different foods.its awesome. The room is clean and quiet. Comfortable stay. Breakfast are different for 3 days. This is so sweet service. Fantastic host, extremely quick in responding to messages, personable, we got to taste her mum's self-made plum wine on the rooftop, she even took us to the train station, when we asked for a taxi.. Stunningly designed home, close to night market and beach, very clean and comfortable room, lovely linen.
