It was wonderful being able to spend nights in an authentically traditional building with traditional rooms and furniture. It was an excellent way to explore the traditional architecture and decoration of old Zanzibar. The location is perfect. Just behind the famous praying temple and just 5 minutes to the water shores. The owner is very friendly and always eager to make your stay comfortable. The price is reasonable given the excellent location and the traditional environment. This place is a must!

Excellent food with excellent stuff. The hotel gives you more than they promise. Friendly stuff always helping and guiding. The breakfast was best in my life. We had a lovely stay at Villa Andrea . The house is cosy and felt like a home away from home. Violeth, our host, was incredibly kind and patient.
