- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 1,575 reviews- SPA complex with 4 sauna types, few jacuzzi and pools of different temperatures. - Great facilities for kids: large outdoor playground, two very nice indoor child-rooms (separately for 0-4 and 4-11 y.o.) - Didn't have a chance to try, but it seems medical facilities are superb here as well. It's a true resort - not just "relax and spa". - Nice breakfast overall with good selection of dishes. Cook preparing fresh omelet and eggs on request. It has private secured parking, separate villa for rent, and some small sports facilities in the yard. My room was on the first floor, having balcony facing the street. I liked this place because it is not in the noisy center of the city, it takes 10-15 minutes walking to get to it. City park is nearby as well. The room is very clean, having large bathroom. The hotel was empty and dimly lit, powered by generators, while the adjacent medical centre was without electricity for much of the day because of outages caused by strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Yet everything functioned smoothly, all services were provided and the buffet dinners in the restaurant on the first floor were so delicious, diverse and elegantly served they will forever top my personal list of the best hotel meals.Guest review byAndriiSolo traveller
