David is a great host. He is very friendly and willing to help you with whatever you may need. He recommended things to do around the property and in Uganda in general and even helped me look for flights! His love for birds is contagious, and I enjoyed learning about the resident birds from him! The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and very clean. The garden is beautiful and has many fruit trees; I got to eat mangoes when I was there. I extended my stay, and I cannot wait to go back. Thanks a lot, David!

The room was very clean and well organized. I especially liked that the mattress was leather, not fabric it made me feel safer from bugs. There’s also a nice backyard and a small gazebo, which added to the comfort. Annet was very kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

While there is a road nearby, it does not affect the experience — in fact, the proximity to the airport and city infrastructure makes it a convenient choice, especially if you're traveling by car. What truly sets this place apart is the owner’s personal involvement in the hotel's daily life. He goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. The New Year celebration he organized was exceptional, as if he were hosting close friends rather than hotel guests. This level of care is reflected in every detail of the hotel.
