Exceptional food and staff. Perfect location for the shoebill tours - the lodge is lakefront and has its own boat for a guide to take you. Great room, amazing pool and birdlife at the lodge itself. We loved our stay - John (chef) and Joanne our amazing host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and were well fed with healthy and delicious food. Staff were always on hand helping us at our crazy arrival and departure times. We hope to come back again to stay at the lodge and see the beautiful shoebill once more.

I really enjoyed my stay at Aqueduct 1359 Serviced Apartments. Each apartment had its own special style and charm, which made it fun to choose one that matched my personal taste. The interior design was beautiful and well thought out. What stood out the most to me was the amazing service, the staff were so kind and helpful that I never had to worry about anything. They made everything easy and stress-free. One of the highlights of my stay was the tour of their orchard. It was peaceful and lovely, and they were so kind to let us take some fresh fruit home. It was such a thoughtful and warm experience overall. I definitely recommend requesting to do this tour when you stay there! I had an amazing experience and I will definitely be staying there again.

We loved everything about the apartment, it's clean and modern, what you see is what you get, very beautiful and elegant. Everything works perfectly. The hosts are very responsive and helpful, they quickly attend to issues. We had erratic internet the first day they quickly installed another provider for seamless WiFi. Sherry is an amazing host, she went out of her way to make us comfortable, to help us through navigating Uganda. Michael the security oh what a pleasant personality he carries. Ernest is a very friendly and welcoming person. I arrived a 4 in the morning and he was here with a smile to great me. Such a good feeling. The property is beautiful I enjoyed the privacy of the garden to take a look a the beautiful view overlooking the hills of Kampala.
