Both the apartment and the location were absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bed in particular was really comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need for a great stay. There was plenty of tea and coffee provided. It was also super handy to have a washer/dryer included in the unit. The location was wonderful, just down from Pat's and Geno's (both literally a 60 second walk away). It was great to have a CVS and an ACME so close too. Those were a 2 minute walk away. Transport was close by for getting to Center City and pretty reliable. The Passyunk neighbourhood was lovely - a relaxed vibe but lots of restaurants and bars nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Philly.

I stayed at this wonderful rental apartment for four days during my vacation, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious ambiance and cleanliness of the place. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to dine in. One of the highlights of this rental is its prime location near University City. It’s convenient and made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, the free street parking was a huge plus, eliminating any hassle of finding a spot for my car. The host was exceptional, responding quickly to any questions I had and being incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, this rental exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area. Highly recommend!

Location was very central . Close to everything. We walked a lot . The hotel is in the top of the Comcast building. It has stunning views and is very comfortable.
