Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff from breakfast were so nice and kind. The front desk staff excellent too. Had my DND sign at the door the 2 days and I got a letter and a call to make sure I was getting room service. The location is perfect and it's quiet at night.

    Charged 7 times on my credit cards. 1st refused to refund me. 2nd agreed to refund me but didn’t. 3rd charged me again when checking out. Multiple things are broken for example one of the lifts (all week). On the last day there was no hot water. For love of god don’t stay here. I’ve contacted Marriott via the website no answer.
