I really enjoyed my stay. Everything from the room, pool, and waiting area was clean. Front desk staff was super nice. I like the fact that they were considerate and put me downstairs because i have kids. Definitely will be coming back. Oh yeah....and quit.

The breakfast foods were delicious; good selection; lovely setup. The hotel room was roomy and well appointed. The kitchen was a great addition! And the staff was cordial and made sure we had everything we needed.

Our flight was delayed which caused us to miss our connection. I assumed that because I had booked 2 nights I could just turn up the next day, which was not the case! Despite this, when I arrived at key West the following day after missing our first night they still checked us in no problem which was a massive relief after travelling from Ireland and having to sleep in the airport. Very friendly and helpful.
