A very nice hotel, spacious room, clean, super tasty breakfast, very nice and friendly service. Unfortunately, it was a short stay; we stopped on our way from Niagara Falls to New York, but we would have happily stayed longer.

The property was as it was described. I loved it. I didn’t like Binghamton. But if the host had places in other areas I would choose her. I had a family emergency and I had to leave. The host asked for reasonable things with trash and things. I had to rush to hospital for my mom. I wasn’t able to do what she asked. But if I didn’t have an emergency; I would have done what she asked and more. Excellent Host!

I had an amazing stay at LOFTS@JC! The facilities are of top-level premium quality, and I truly felt like I was living in a 5-star hotel. And even better ... as here I had the entire apartment to myself! The property also has an amazing amenities area in the basement -- fitness room, game room, lounge and more. The staff are super accessible, and very willing to help with literally anything and everything. Response time is close to zero!
